1. Counselling
This service is for any enrolled student at AUP and offers up to 6 sessions of in person, online or telephone counselling. All our therapists are qualified in integrative therapy and are members of the BACP and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework. To access the service, students will need to complete the Triage Form on the Student Portal.
2. Wellbeing Support
General health and wellbeing advice, including dietary and lifestyle information, to aid and support students through long and short-term challenges. The nature of wellbeing support ranges from mindfulness, meditation, ear acupuncture, solution focussed therapy, as well as wellbeing advice to incorporate into your academic studies, such as dealing with imposter syndrome and creative blocks and

3. Disability Advice
We have a team of experienced and knowledgeable disability advisors who can guide you through the 'Disabled Students Allowance' process, signpost to other areas of Student Support, Study Support or external organisations, as well as provide support in discussing reasonable adjustments within your course.
