1. Wellbeing Services

Our Counselling, Mental Health and Disability and Dyslexia teams provide specialist practical, psychological and disability-related support to help you manage your wellbeing and fulfil your academic potential. We work collaboratively to offer a range of services to meet your individual needs and support you to manage your wellbeing alongside your academic studies. If you are experiencing mental health or wellbeing difficulties, you are not alone. For more information, visit our website.

We are not a crisis support service. For urgent or out of hours mental health support, see here.

Mental Health and Autism Support

Our Mental Health Advice team can offer you support and reasonable adjustments if you have a mental health condition(s) or autism, to help you fulfil your academic potential and whilst staying well.

Disability and Specific Learning Difference Support

Our Disability and Dyslexia team can provide you with support and reasonable adjustments if you have long term physical health conditions and disabilities, sensory and mobility impairments and specific learning differences such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD. If you think you may have a learning difference but have yet been assessed, we can support you with this process. This can help you perform to the best of your ability in your studies whilst managing your health and wellbeing.

Counselling Support

Our Counselling team can provide you with an initial therapeutic consultation, short-term individual and group counselling and/or signposting to internal and external services, to support you to explore and manage personal, emotional and psychological difficulties you may experience during your studies.
