1. Health and Wellbeing Services
Whether you need help adjusting to university life, or just want to talk about how you are feeling, there’s always support available. Our Health and Wellbeing Services at BU compromises of counsellors, mental health advisers, online resources, medical, pastoral and spiritual support. If you need advice, you can contact our AskBU team who can help signpost you to the best support for your needs.
2. Achieve@BU
If you're looking for advice or support to help you through any personal or academic issues, have a confidential chat with our Achieve@BU team. They are also the first point of contact for any welfare and wellbeing concerns, safeguarding, estranged students and care leavers.
3. Student Wellbeing
The Student Wellbeing service is confidential, completely free and open to all BU students who are experiencing stress, anxiety, or low mood. They offer wellbeing and counselling support. Drop ins, groups and one to one appointments are available.
