1. Student Wellbeing Team

The Student Wellbeing Advisors are here to help you with any issues you are having at University that are affecting your wellbeing and/or your mental health and can refer you into our Counselling and Mental Health Services. You can book a virtual or telephone appointment with them.

2. The Counselling Service

The Counselling Service is integral to the Wellbeing Services at LJMU. Along with self-help resources, and group workshops, as a student at LJMU, you can talk to a counsellor in confidence, about a wide range of issues that might be affecting your studies.

3. Mental Health Team

Our Mental Health team can currently offer telephone and virtual support for students who are struggling with their mental health. Our team can provide information and resources to help improve mental wellbeing, or signpost students to external services appropriate to their needs.
