1. Student Support

The Student Support team offers information, advice and guidance to students on a range of issues including:

  • Welfare/wellbeing
  • Finances
  • Accommodation

Students can also access 6 free counselling sessions per academic year, and have free 24/7 access to TogetherAll, a safe online community to support your mental health.

2. Disability Support

NUA’s Disability Support team is there for students with a physical or mental health condition, or specific learning difference. We can help arrange your support and ensure your course-related support needs are met.

For many students, fantastic support is available through Disabled Students' Allowance - we can help you apply.

3. Study Skills and Learning Support

Study Skills offers practical techniques and information for independent learning to all students. As well as using our online guides, videos and e-books you can sign up to a workshop or drop-in, or book a 1-2-1 tutorial.

Don’t forget our English Language classes, for students whose first language is not English.
