1. Disability Support
For students who have declared or would like to declare a disability, learning difficulty, or long-term condition. Support can come in a variety of formats, including 1-2-1 pastoral meetings, support with Disabled Students Allowance (DSA), Reasonable Adjustments (both Practical and Assessment) and Learning Support Plans.

2. Wellbeing & Mental Health Support
Depending on your wellbeing enquiry or mental health need, the team can assist with identifying the right help for you. This can include Triage Support, Emergency Counselling Appointments, longer term Counselling Sessions, Wellbeing 1-2-1s and Wellbeing & Mental Health Events.

3. Financial Assistance Fund
The Financial Assistance Fund is available for applications from students studying Higher Education courses at Point Blank. There are eligibility criteria and an application process attached to the process and for those eligible, the award can go towards urgent bills, food shopping, living expenses etc.

4. Laptop Loan Scheme
This scheme allows eligible students to loan a device for a period of 3 months to support them with completing their studies on and off campus.

5. Bursaries & Scholarships
Scholarships and Bursaries are designed to remove financial barriers to accessing Higher Education courses at Point Blank and make studying as accessible and inclusive as possible.
6. Academic Success Centre
This service offers confidential 1-2-1 advice and support sessions on academic writing and study strategies, such as referencing, time management, essay structuring.
