2. Student Funding and Finance Advice

We offer advice on a wide range of funding topics including tuition fees, student loans, NHS bursaries, and the NHS Learning Support Fund. Additional financial support, including the St George’s Opportunity Fund Grant and university hardship funds, is also available to eligible enrolled students.

3. Disability Service

Our disability service offers advice, information and support to current and prospective students with a range of disabilities such as Specific Learning Differences, mental health conditions, sensory or physical conditions, long term health conditions and autism .

New students are encouraged to register online with the service.

4. Accommodation Service

Our accommodation team support St George's students and applicants with applications for Halls of Residence, and any related queries. We have a team of Resident Advisors who work in halls during evenings and weekends to support students and also run events for our residents. The accommodation team can also advise on how to find housing in the private sector, and any associated issues.

5. Student Life Centre

The Student Life Centre is located on the ground floor of Hunter Wing, and is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm during term time (with reduced hours outside of term time). They can be contacted if you have any queries about your time at university. If you aren't sure where to turn for support, they are a good place to start!
