1. The Wellbeing Service

Our Student Wellbeing Service has a dedicated Mental Health Advisor that works with students who have a possible or actual mental health diagnosis, and/or may experience emotional or psychological distress or personal difficulties during their time at university. We also offer advice and support to our students who have requirements as a result of a disability, specific learning difficulty (such as dyslexia), medical condition or temporary disability, such as injury.

2. Counselling

Our team of professional and qualified counsellors provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk about your life and to support you with whatever you are experiencing. Counselling gives you the opportunity to focus on your feelings and reflect and understand why you feel the way you do; empowering you to find solutions and enhance your enjoyment of life.
