Get free, confidential support by email from a trained volunteer. You can write to us at any time.

Whatever is causing you concern, we’re here to listen. Whether it’s your mental health, your studies, worries about money or relationships, we can support you and help you move forward.

This service is provided in partnership with The Mix.

What can you expect from this service?

You can email the helpline at any time, and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. Try to include as much detail as you can about whatever is causing you concern.

A trained supporter will respond to your email reflecting on what you’ve written, asking some questions and making some suggestions.

Your conversation with the supporter will normally involve a few emails back and forth.
